Want to Exchange Scent or Return Your Candle?

We accept exchanges and returns for unlit and unused candles. Make sure to include your name and order number. For exchanges, please let us know which item(s) you’d like. If your item is unused, you can return it for a refund or exchange. 

We aren’t able to accept returns on partially used items (lit candles, etc).

We have a 7-day exchange policy. The exchange process must be started within 7 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for download, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day return policy on damaged products due to shipment, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for return label generation deducted from your return amount once received, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 7 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus return shipping fee) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
