Wanderlux — Vision

Wanderlux is owned and operated by Melissa Haffeman and Amanda Meyer. 

Wanderlux started with two women who love the same thing: the peaceful process of pouring candles.

Melissa Haffeman and Amanda Meyer hand-pour every Wanderlux candle from a simple belief: that a simple candle can hold a particular kind of magic that reminds you of a favorite place or memory. The state you grew up in. The one where you went to college, got married, took the trip that changed something. These places stay with us, and we wanted to bottle the way they feel.

So we built a candle for every state and territory in America. Kentucky bourbon and bluegrass. Maine salt and pine. California redwoods rising in the fog. Each one is a small invitation: to remember, to reconnect, to tell the story behind why that place matters to you.

We work the way we want to live. Small batches, hand-poured, two women at a worktable choosing every fragrance with care. We believe in being kind, not cool. In real women building a real business. In treating every customer like someone we'd want to know.

When you light a Wanderlux candle, we hope it does what the best places do: brings you joy, brings you peace, brings you home. And if a friend asks about it, we hope you tell them the whole story.
